Great Feeling of freshness
Splendid job OYC. Your Badam Mysore Pak crumbles inside mouth leaving behind a slight badam and ghee flavour. The slight yellowish colour is a big welcome for all the sweet lovers. My only concern is that I am unable to gobble more than 2 pieces at a time as they tend be heavy on my stomach. If possible try reducing the sugar content as it can make the eaters guilty savouring them.
Fresh sweet
Hailing from Mangalore I love to have our traditional sweet Mysore Pak during all special occasions. There was a point of time when I got bored of the regular sweet type and opted to choose something with a different twist. Yes, I selected your Badam Mysore Pak and did not regret doing so for it tasted just divine. Now it has become a practice to send them as gifts to our relatives too.
